What the inquiry collects

The inquiry asks for your name, preferred contact details, services of interest, and optional project context. Please avoid including financial account details, medical information, or other sensitive information.

How it is used

Defining Heritage uses your inquiry to discuss your needs and respond using your preferred contact method. Requests are stored privately in WordPress and emailed to the business’s designated inbox. Website hosting and email providers process that information to provide those services.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe, we collect your email address and optional first name to send Defining Heritage estate sale news and updates. You must confirm your subscription through the link emailed to you. Subscriber information and subscription status are stored in our WordPress website; our hosting and email providers process this information to operate the service. Subscription records may include technical details such as the signup time and IP address used for confirmation and spam prevention. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe through the link in our newsletter emails, or contact Kelly@definingheritage.com to request help or removal of your information. We retain subscription and unsubscribe records as needed to manage the mailing list and honor your preferences.

Cookies and tracking

The service finder does not use advertising trackers. WordPress may use cookies for administrator sign-in and site functionality. Your browser may retain information if you choose to copy a request to your clipboard.
